Great stay close to downtown, extremely friendly hosts. Would love to stay again, and would recommend to others!

Perfect little cottage for the weekend!

Bed comfy, nice touches with snacks and pour over coffee. Sauna a plus with porch swings front and back. A little piece of paradise nicely hidden.

Sweet clean room to sleep and escape from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. We enjoyed the rustic sauna and loved the porch swing outside our room. If you have bad knees or are not in decent shape, it could very hard to walk up and down the hill to get to shopping and eating (if you leave your car parked at the b&b). Also a but tricky to park, especially if there is ice or snow, but that’s just part of the Eureka Springs experience, haha All in all it was a sweet very quiet spot and my partner even saw a a fix in the evening crossing by the house!

Loved the peaceful, coziness. It was just what I needed!
